Terms and Conditions

1- The (establishment/company) must have a valid "industrial/commercial" record.
2- The importer must have a valid registration card in the commercial agents' register.
3- The technical report with the test results issued by the General Authority for Export and Import Control, or by an entity recognized by the Authority.
4- Payment by credit card only.
5- Any cancellation or rejection of the application, the application fees submitted cannot be refunded
6- The applying company (manufacturer/importer) is obligated to pay the due value within a maximum period of (7) days from the date of submitting the application
